We only want enough info to get stickers to your door. That’s genuinely it.
What we collect
Your name, phone, address and email — so we can ship your order and call before delivery.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t spam. We don’t share it with anyone who isn’t delivering your order.
Payments
Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
The slightly longer version
When you order, we keep your contact and delivery details so we can fulfil and support the order, and so the courier can reach you. Cash-on-delivery details are shared only with the courier handling your parcel.
We use basic analytics to see which stickers people like and to fix what’s broken on the site. That’s aggregate stuff — not “watching you” stuff.
If you join the Sticky Club, we email you restock alerts and offers. One click unsubscribes you, and we won’t take it personally.
Your choices
- Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email us and we’ll sort it.
- Don’t want marketing emails? Unsubscribe — your order updates still come through.
- Cookies keep your cart working. Your browser can clear them whenever you like.
