We ship all over Egypt. Here’s exactly how it works — no surprises, no fine print games.
Cash on delivery
Pay when it reaches your door. Available everywhere in Egypt. Card and wallet also work if you’d rather.
Free over EGP 1200
Spend EGP 1200 or more and shipping is on us. Otherwise it’s a flat EGP 50 anywhere in the country.
We pack fast
Order before 2pm (Sun–Thu) and it usually leaves the same or next day. Weekend orders go out Sunday.

Remote spots can add a day or two — couriers do their best, but Egypt is big.
Tracking your order
Once it ships, we send a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp to the number on your order. Keep an eye on it — the courier will call before they arrive, so pick up.
If you missed the call twice, the order may bounce back to us. Message us and we’ll resend it.
A few honest notes
- Put a real phone number and a clear address. “Beside the pharmacy” is not an address (we’ve tried).
- Wrong address or unreachable phone = delays that aren’t our fault, but message us and we’ll help.
- Public holidays slow everyone down, us included. We’ll always tell you if something’s late.

How long does delivery take in Egypt?
1–6 working days. Cairo & Giza are usually fastest; Alexandria, the Delta and Upper Egypt take a little longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes — pay cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Egypt. Card payment is also available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
A delivery fee based on your governorate is shown at checkout. Orders over EGP 1200 ship free.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Right now we deliver across Egypt only. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll get updates once it ships, and you can check status in your account any time.
