Prices are in EGP and can change. We confirm your order by email/SMS. We can cancel and fully refund anything we can’t fulfil.

Give us a correct address and a phone you actually answer. Wrong details cause delays that aren’t on us.

The artwork, names and content are ours. Enjoy them on your stuff — just don’t resell or copy them.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it’s accepted once we confirm and ship it.

Shipping times and costs are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
We’re not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays — but we’ll always help sort it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We may update these terms now and then. The version on this page is the one that applies. If something major changes, we’ll make it obvious.
